The Full Story
The Inner Sunset Merchant Association (ISMA) and the Academy of Sciences are working to create a neighborhood Community Business District (CBD). Property owners within the CBD boundaries (9th Ave between Lincoln and Judah, and along Irving Street between 7th and 10th Ave) would collectively fund services (eg. decorations, security, beautification, etc.) in the public rights of way, over and above those provided by the city.
