What to do if you are concerned about a homeless person

If you’re concerned about a homeless person call the San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team (SF HOT)

SF HOT provides outreach, case management, and services to homeless people who are on the street and not using other city homeless services.

If you are concerned about a homeless person in San Francisco, call 3-1-1 to make a report. The 3-1-1 staff will talk with you to determine if the call is referred to SF HOT or other emergency response services.
