Sandra Zunigais the new director of “Fix-It,” a new program of the Mayor’s Office, created to find solutions to neighborhood problems like petty crime, clean streets, homeless issues, tree maintenance, etc. by coordinating the activities of the various city agencies, analyzing 311 data, prioritizing problems and getting direct feedback about problems from neighbors.Several neighborhoods have been identified as participants – she’s working with the Castro right now and wants to tackle the Inner Sunset in August.

ISPN and ISMA are co-sponsoring a public meeting with Sandra at the County Fair Building on 7/27, 6:30-8pm. This will be a great opportunity to share your thoughts on our neighborhood’s needs and to hear what your neighbors have to say. Please plan to attend.
