Chef Mario will demonstrate how to cook spring fruit and vegetables featured at today’s farmers market. Cooking demonstrations at 10:30 and noon.   Recipes will likely feature spring items such as asparagus and spring onion.  He will be at the market from 9am-1pm to answer any questions.
